- Exclusive Events Hire assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property;
- Unless otherwise stated, all vehicles are strictly non-smoking;
- Seat belts must be worn at all times in all vehicles;
- In the interests of safety for both passengers and the vehicle, the driver reserves the right to determine where the vehicle may or may not be driven;
- In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident, or the vehicle being otherwise unavailable for any reason, Exclusive Events Hire will endeavour to provide a suitable replacement vehicle of equal or similar specification;
- Exclusive Events Hire cannot be held liable for any circumstances beyond its control including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, traffic delays, extreme weather or other unforeseeable incidences;
- In the event of inclement weather, for safety reasons, any motorcyclists booked for the scheduled event will be cancelled. Any money paid for riders and motorcycle hire will be refunded in full;
- Please note that rain may prevent ribbons from being attached to selected vehicles;
- At the discretion of Exclusive Events Hire, the customer may be liable for any damage to the vehicle requiring repair or cleaning as a result of, but not limited to, spillage of fluids, food, vomit, or other stains;
- These terms are conditions are provided in accordance with the relevant legislation as applicable within the State of New South Wales (Passenger Transport Act 1990; Road Rules 2014 [NSW]). By providing payment of the booking deposit and/or subsequent balance, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein. Cancellation of this booking will result in the loss of any deposit paid.
